The roller shutter of one of our windows has stopped working. Need someone to fix it.

I will have an old roller shutter door that I need installed. Getting this from a friend who is getting it removed soon. Currently have no door on garage. Garage floor is obviously concrete and has to be drilled for posts. I will have all material. Nuts and bolts.

Cable has snapped inside wall. It needs to be taken out and replaced with a new one. Accessible only by taking roof tiles off above it as I’ve looked and going through the roof space to the area is impossible to get to. I know nothing about these so you maybe able to just fix it through the area behind the crank handle box.

Roller shutter stopped working suddenly

I have an older type window roller shutter which is manually operated in my bedroom. As far as I know , the cable has been jammed in the shutter system . Now the shutter is permanently closed from the outside and it can’t keep open.
