Window Roller Shutter Repairs One of the Roller shutters seems to be not working. Motor is working , but something is stuck preventing it from rolling up.

Our kitchen has a picture window that receives direct sunlight in the afternoon and offers little privacy while in use. We’re looking for an automatic or remote-controlled privacy window covering or roller shutter, preferably installed on the outside. The stove is located about 20 cm from the window. The external window measurements are 243 cm in length and 86 cm in height.

I would like some help fixing the roller shutters. It won’t roll open, unsure what it needs
