The additional 4 x doors are replacing existing doors with exiting frames. We have door handles and door stoppers that need to be installed (no holes have been cut in the doors).

Task Description: I need an experienced handyman to install two heavy-duty ceiling mounts for a therapy swing / hammock (see pictures attached). Details: • Location: Rochedale South • There is already a supporting beam installed in the roof for this purpose. • Remove the existing single mount (see first image) and replace it with two new round steel mounts (second image). • The mounts need to be properly spaced and aligned to safely hold a fabric therapy swing (third image). • Must be securely fixed into the beam for weight-bearing use (supporting dynamic load). • I will provide the new mounts, bolts, and swing hardware. • Please also patch and paint over the old screw holes left by the single mount (paint supplied). Important: This swing will be used daily by my 10-year-old autistic child as part of their sensory regulation routine, so the installation must be extremely safe and secure. I need to do a few repairs on my roof, and need a few solar panels (7 max) temporary lifted so that the trades can see whether there are any tiles underneath that need to be repaired. The panels need to be re-installed after the repairs.
