Hey guys, Electrician needed I need 2 new power points, lougeroom and bedroom (opposite sides of the same wall), and a replacement for a broken one in the bathroom. You'll also need a ladder to use the access point in the roof. While you're here, 3 doors could use some realignment. Once the alignments are done i'd like you to move the door stopper from front door to the toilet room, and install 3 door holders on the front door and both bedroom doors. Warning screws have copped the landlord special, painted over screws in the door hinges etc I have no idea how much to offer for this. Send me quotes. I will want to see your electrician license for insurance purposes. As far as I know there is no asbestos. I have the door holders but i don't have the power point cover plates. Details: • Location: Rochedale South • There is already a supporting beam installed in the roof for this purpose. • Remove the existing single mount (see first image) and replace it with two new round steel mounts (second image). • The mounts need to be properly spaced and aligned to safely hold a fabric therapy swing (third image). • Must be securely fixed into the beam for weight-bearing use (supporting dynamic load). • I will provide the new mounts, bolts, and swing hardware. • Please also patch and paint over the old screw holes left by the single mount (paint supplied). Important: This swing will be used daily by my 10-year-old autistic child as part of their sensory regulation routine, so the installation must be extremely safe and secure.
