Need a repair done to the rendering on a feature wall / gate (see photos). What has happened is that the gate latch was attached only by screws into the grout below the bead. The gate was blown shut and the latch busted out. Overall repair needed is to the damaged wall and render, painting (I have the paint), and re-affix latch. Note: The glass pool fence will probably be in the way, however I can deal with that.

Adjust the pivot hinges on my Stegbar aluminium door to correct sag. Instructions are as follows. Tilt the door and lift it over the bottom pivot plate. Loosen the locking nut and adjust the height using the adjustment screw at the top. Tighten the locking nut again. Loosen the screws at the bottom pivot plate. Make the desired adjustment. Tighten the screws at the bottom pivot plate.
