At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the back sliding window in the master bedroom was stiff to operate. This may be due to general wear and tear. A building maintenance professional could be engaged to assess the window and replace any affected parts.

I need to repair or replace my friends lawn after 13th September due to damage my dog has made to the lawn - digging holes and killing sections of it.

Fix my cabinet as it does not close properly

The safety door has detached from hinges partially. I have attached 2 photos . One where the hinges have come out and 1 where the hinges are intact.
