Small kitchen area to be cement rendered, from floor to exposed bricks level see pictures, prior to us fitting new kitchen, its not a large area across three small sections of walls.

Looking for someone to fix up the rendering at the bottom of the bricks on the front facade and paint it please - may need to remove and re-render

I’m looking for a professional to hang eight framed artworks in my apartment in Surry Hills. The walls are solid rendered concrete or masonry, so suitable power tools and masonry fixings will be required. The artworks vary in size, with the heaviest weighing approximately 3–4 kg. I’d like them carefully positioned, measured, levelled and securely installed, with minimal damage to the walls. I don’t have any tools or hardware, so please bring everything needed for the job, including appropriate hooks, screws, plugs and fixings. Ideally, I’d like the work completed by Friday, 24 July.
