Find a professional render repair in Sydney

Looking for an experienced renderer / texture-coating specialist to repair and blend several small patch areas on exterior rendered walls at my home in Botany. The drill holes have been filled and I had the paint colour ‘professionally matched’, however the repairs remain visible because the paint & texture didn’t match the existing rendered finish. I also have a physical piece/sample of the original textured coating available to help identify and match the finish. The job is to: * Prepare/feather the areas as required. * Match the existing fine rendered/acrylic texture. * Blend the repaired areas into the surrounding wall so it doesn’t look any different. * Touch up the repaired areas as required I am not looking to re-render or repaint the entire walls — the aim is simply to make the individual patches blend as closely as possible with the existing finish. There are approximately 15-20 small patches across the exterior wall where small holes have been drilled previously. Photos attached. I’m looking for a professional to hang eight framed artworks in my apartment in Surry Hills. The walls are solid rendered concrete or masonry, so suitable power tools and masonry fixings will be required. The artworks vary in size, with the heaviest weighing approximately 3–4 kg. I’d like them carefully positioned, measured, levelled and securely installed, with minimal damage to the walls. I don’t have any tools or hardware, so please bring everything needed for the job, including appropriate hooks, screws, plugs and fixings. Ideally, I’d like the work completed by Friday, 24 July.
