I'm looking to repair and freshen up the cement render on the back wall of our house as its looking pretty tired and patchy. We also have some wood boards that I would love to render over or remove. I've attached a pic so you can get an idea of the job. We are also looking to replace the gutter and downpipe, just generally clean it all up and look neater.

Remove a small concrete divider ( half the height of the room ) and then render the remaining wall wbere that divider was.

Rendering of back concrete slab edge and render repair above the rear sliding door. Repair rusted corners on the right front balcony. Repair rusted corners above the garage. Repair outside and inside rusted sections in the garage door opening and the bottom of column at garage door. Repair two rusted corners in front of front door from top to bottom. Repair of rusted corners consists of grinding out affected render and set beads. Including all equipment and all materials. Trades only offers please, no contractors or handy person.

Wall has cracked by tree roots underneath. Approx 3m Squared needs rendering repair.

Removed my security cage today and now a need to render the side of the entry. Its 2.4 high and 20 cm wide.

Remove the cracking render from a 2.5m long windowsill up on the 1st floor. Redo a render coat on the window sill. Paint the surrounding wall to match - width of a single room, ground and first floor (will require some scaffolding) A long second crack in render above entrance doorway to paint over also.

Wall Rendering requires where Wall removed

We need 1 row of bricks laid that is roughly 2-3 metres long. Photo will show what needs to be patched up under ceiling line, the wall is obviously brick above ceiling. We’ve jackhammered for a penetration above ceiling and cracked some off below the ceiling tile line so our task is get a brick layer to lay 1 row of bricks 2-3 metres long. Then to render to cover the chips underneath ceiling tile line. It’s imperative that the work is clean and the work area is protected as there is carpet and it is a finished office building on Bridge Street in the city. Please allow in your price for parking as it’s the city and you’ll need to pay for parking. This is an urgent job, we need it done some time tomorrow if possible. I’m putting this task up again as the brick layer that was supposed to do today pulled out on us.

I’m looking for someone to render a small interior kitchen splash back measuring approximately 3.5 metres long and 600mm high. See pic the condition of the wall now.

Courtyard needs fixing. Render walls and paint, build up one flower bed with bricks, make sides of back door watertight, fix back gate, add mesh to side walls for climbing plants, add strips of timber at back wall, thorough clean up, clean the timber decking floor.
