Looking for someone good to render a wall in my laundry/shower room and paint it white (Lexicon half)

I have a small apartment that needs the ceiling rendered to a smooth bright white finish. Old popcorn ceiling has been scrapped off. At a guess about 60 square meters. Photos attached please look at them. Happy to quote in person.

Remedial work required to water damaged render

Remove existing limestone render About 30m^2 of acrylic render across a few walls Frame up and gyrock around the house Plaster walls and ceilings and prepare for paint Install 1 door frame and door

Need someone to fix up 2 ceilings 1) in bathroom where render is cracking and rotten - this is a bigger job 2) in kitchen area need someone to take out some screws, patch some small holes and repaint. This is a smaller job Probably needs and assessment prior to work

Bathroom walls and kitchen splash back have both recently been prepared for rendering. Bathroom walls have been taken back to brickwork requiring approximately 10-20cm of render.

Cement render of painted masonry walls

We have an approximately 50m² external rendered wall. There are no visible external cracks, but we are getting internal moisture in one bedroom after heavy rain, with bubbling paint. We are looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose the source of water ingress (render permeability, sealing, flashing, or other causes) and then recommend and complete proper repairs (not just cosmetic patching or repainting). Experience with external render systems, moisture ingress, or building envelope issues is preferred. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing moisture ingress in rendered double brick walls.

I need these two concrete ends rendered / concreted that have been broken off when the gutter was replaced. See last photo for what it should look like.

Repair and re render stair walls

We recently installed new doors removing the old door framework which has left an opening between the door and the brick, the walls are currently rendered and we would like to have this section covered up and rendered. Ideally wouldn’t need to be bricked to cover up and cement board or something could suit but looking for professional opinion. There are two doors with the same gap to be repaired.
