Repair and re render stair walls

We recently installed new doors removing the old door framework which has left an opening between the door and the brick, the walls are currently rendered and we would like to have this section covered up and rendered. Ideally wouldn’t need to be bricked to cover up and cement board or something could suit but looking for professional opinion. There are two doors with the same gap to be repaired.

We need some patching of a brick rendered wall prior to our painters arriving on Monday. - patch in already installed installed tv cables - patch around 4 power points -patch wall where power points have been removed or moved

We are going pressure clean the front of this old house and there will some patch rendering off a scaffold

I need someone to seal the cut/join lines in the exterior render of a commercial building to stop water getting in. There are multiple saw cuts / control joints in the render around the facade. These need to be filled with silicone (or similar flexible exterior sealant). It doesn’t have to be pretty or perfectly neat – the main goal is to stop water penetration, not to create a decorative finish. A scissor lift will be supplied for access to the upper areas, and work can be done at any convenient time.

Reposting with additional photos. Looking for someone to assist in filling and rendering gaps in an internal brick wall (i) around a window frame and (ii) where an old powerpoint has been removed. The gaps around the window should be filled and be made ready for painting. The powerpoint just needs to be filled flat as it will be covered by a stone splashback. Looking for someone to complete tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday morning.

Have an existing Dincel wall that has been coated with Acrylic render. Need to repair the coating on a patch 2m by 2m . Banboo got in behind te rende ran levered off the patch. The rest of the wall is OK.

Would like back wall of terrace to look like the others (see image) ie excess mortar removed, gaps filled and wall rough rendered or bagged. No painting required. Wall is approx 3m wide and 2.5m tall.

Two small jobs in one: 1) Remove bottom 15cm of 275cm brick wall (loose as seen in pictures) and apply new render. No painting needed. 2) Apply new plaster to 120cm x 90cm area in bedroom where it fell off. Area includes on ceiling light and one edge as pictured. I'm looking to repair and freshen up the cement render on the back wall of our house as its looking pretty tired and patchy. We also have some wood boards that I would love to render over or remove. I've attached a pic so you can get an idea of the job. We are also looking to replace the gutter and downpipe, just generally clean it all up and look neater.
