The objective is to straighten, neaten and refinish the wall so it presents as a clean, modern surface ready for painting. This is not a structural rebuild and not a decorative render — quality of finish and straightness are the priority. Silicone removed, 10 screw holes repaired rendered over. We removed an old BBQ so wanting to repair the wall. Gas and Power all remaining in place. just want to neaten up. I need a well finished job that does not look like it is repaired. Ready to paint clean job site state when done.

Bought a new retractable garden hose in casing and need it mounted to a rendered brick wall. The holes for our old mounted garden hose are too small and we don’t have a hammer drill. Listing some other separate jobs soon too.

The area affected is a concrete ceiling inside a bay window .We have had the exterior waterproofing repaired and some of the old plaster has been removed.

We have pulled cornice off units internals and have ceilings sorted. Now we need to fix the render (old white set) up to the ceiling areas to make square set. Also bathrooms to fix and make render smooth, level and suitable for tiler. Site inspection asap is best

I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

Hi, given that Brisbane seems to have stopped, I thought it would be a great time to see if someone wants to do a relatively small rendering job in my kitchen. I need a the inside of a water damaged window repaired. The size of the window is 1470 high x 1200 wide. Plus finish off the 50mm above the window to the ceiling with a square set finish, and about 300 in along the wall to the right of the window…see photos attached. Ideally it would be great to get this done before the kitchen installation continues on Tuesday. Please provide a quote. Cheers!
