Nathan arrived promptly & communicated well. Work was mostly satisfactory, but two sliding door locks were misaligned & had to be fixed by my husband. Given the size and scope of the workload, it would have been beneficial to have an additional person on-site to assist. I was also quite concerned by the frequent use of foul language and loud yelling directed at himself during the course of the work, which created an uncomfortable environment.
