The underside of my Spa Cover as come away, and need to be patched (Resewn/Restitched) back to the outer Vinyl layer. Hopefully this is a quick/simple job if you have the right equipment/materials. DIY attempts to use industrial tape have failed due to the environmental wear n tear Photo show the slab that needs repair, and also the 2nd one which is perfectly ok. Also shown in the photos are both covers on-top of the spa. Happy to bring the slab to any location to fix.
