Fix soft-close hinges on about 5–6 kitchen cabinet doors. 5. Install a BBQ in the patio – space is available in the outdoor cabinet, and I’d appreciate recommendations on a unit that would fit. 6. Repair paint peeling on a few areas of the exterior walls. 7. Seal the gap around the automatic garage door – open to suggestions on how to best resolve this. 8.
