I'm after a handyman to install a Bunnings DIY blind as well as 3 x curtain rod bracket sets

I need 6 anchor plates drilling into my ceiling. They will be holding therapy swings and the weight of a person. They must be drilled into the beams in the ceiling. One configuration will be 2 plates in line with each other, roughly 2m apart. The other configuration will be 4 plates, in the layout of a square. I have previously had them screwed into the ceiling, though someone suggested, they should be bolted in. I am open to suggestions!

I need one screw or one hook put into either a render wall or a metal pipe so I can finish hanging my string lights. Everything else done I just don’t have the tools to do it.
