1. My limestone pavement next to the gas waterheater was "cut out" for the plumber to have access to the leaking water pipe buried underground. This created a rectangular opening (16.5 cm x 29 cm) that needs to be either filled back or covered with an openable slab of similar colour to match the pavement. 2. The access panel near the waterheater was broken at the base. To repair or replace with the same colour panel (47cm x 55 cm).

I need my kitchen walls/area rendered before the new cabinets go in. The left corner where the stove is will need rendering too. Not too phase if only above new cabinets is done as majority will be covered by new U Shaped kitchen. Approx 8-10m2.

I have 2 aluminium slat awnings I need installed in my courtyard. Height of installation is about 2.5m. you will need a ladder,electric drill and tape measure, as each awning has 3 brackets that need to be installed at specific distances.
