Find an experienced handyman in Milperra

I have a small crack along the junction between an external rendered brick wall and the balcony soffit. Im looking for someone experienced with external render repair and exterior sealing/caulking to inspect and properly repair the area. The repair should address the cause of the crack and not simply be painted over. Please advise whether the existing sealant/render needs to be removed and replace, and use a suitable flexible exterior sealant for the joint if required.
