Laundry security screen door - Mesh has ripped, so mesh will need to be replaced. 2. Kitchen drawer - install handle (if it's supposed to have a handle) or fill holes so it presents well 3. Painting - living room ceiling by aircon vent has been repaired and will just need a touch up of ceiling paint (it should be approx 3m x 3m area) 4. Laundry window is unable to be opened… This may involve carefully scraping off the paint that is sealing the window shut without damaging the window frame and applying lubricant to the moving parts if they are stiff or rusted. 5. Patching the wall cracks under the window in the laundry room 6. Fixing the lock on the security door at the main entrance/door (The key turns but the door won't actually lock) Thanks.

Hello, we have a commercial venue at Mandurah Forum. It's a small kiosk called Pretzel. We have a few issues including some vinyl floor coming up, some trimming missing off, dodgy lights etc. About half a days worth of work. Will pay for any materials needed. Just need someone to come for the day and work through our little maintenance problems. List below! - Overhead LED light not turning on - Drinks Fridge light flickering/turning off - The wood wall around the flour bin is expanding/has water damage - Vinyl floor needs to be patched - The metal bench under the ovens has warped upwards, so we are unable to clean under the ovens -re-silicone and seal And anything else you can see needs doing! - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 25 July 2023
