Hi, I need a handyman with qoute on following small fixes for my tenanted property. 1. Ensuite Shower holder is broken and won't hold shower head when in use. Supply and install 1 x new shower rail slider (shower head holder) 2. Ensuite toilet roll holder is loose. Tighten the grub screws 3. Right side gate cannot be closed, latch misaligned. Adjust the latch and test the gate 4. A section of the shower grout in the main bathroom has deteriorated, supply grout and fill the area. Buff clean once dry 5. Bath plum dinger replacement top section replacement. To supply labour and materials to replace bath plum dinger. Remove plumb-dinger plug and waste (Top section) Replace doughnut plug, waste and locking nut. Test for leaks . Bath remains in situ for this task.

Install two glass 8panel French wooden doors. Must be able to put handles and dead bolts in same position as previous doors
