We would like the original letterboxes to be repaired. We have the missing piece (see pictures) I have also uploaded a photo of the 4 on the other side which are I good repair as an example

My letterbox has been broken into and the lock broken. I need it replaced/fixed and it needs to match the other letterboxes in the same block of units. - Due date: Flexible

My letterbox lock is not functioning. I'm not sure whether it has been tampered with. The key can be inserted and the lock will turn, however the key cannot be withdrawn while in the locked position. I'm hoping this can be repaired or replaced. I did purchase a replacement lock but I don't think it will work as the striker piece is quite different. A combination of the pieces from the old and the new might perhaps be able to be used? I've put today's date as for some reason the app keeps defaulting the task to March if I put flexible.
