We have black marks on a few floor boards that we can’t clean. The floor boards are laminate boards. We would like the boards to be replaced. The patch of damaged boards is about 1.5m square. One of the lattice timber panels around the verandah has been damaged and it needs to be fixed or replaced. I will add photos tomorrow of the laminate flooring and lattice work damage. Many thanks

I need someone to make (including the frames) 2 x lattice trellis panels. I also would like them to be painted and installed. Suitable timber, painted (2 coats minimum) & installed - 2 x micro lattice trellis sheets (the horizontal and vertical squares, 25mm gap) for deck area (as per photos) - for privacy. Approx. dimensions are each 1.7 x 1 metre (please come and measure first to get exact measurements) One sheet is to replace the horizontal slats (the old panel to be removed also, see photo) Second panel will fit the hole on the right of the photos. Please see other photo for example of micro lattice The paint needs to be light grey to match the light grey already used in the deck area (we did this at Bunnings and they matched it exactly). The bottom rail of the middle lattice has slipped out of the window frame. The lattice is located on the second story above the garage roof, as shown in the photos. The bottom rail does not appear to be rotten, it has just slipped out, and needs to be pushed back up and resecured in place with a bracket. I will be on site when the works are being done to assist by holding the ladder.
