Need to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom since there isn't one installed currently. This is what i have been told by one of company needs to be done. Bathroom Resurfacing, Strip back tray and resurface again. There wilbe a chance of dust and smell during the resurfacing process. When we remove the masking tape, the paint may be damaged. All fttings and fixtures need to be removed before resurfacing starts. This includes the shower screen. We are spray painting on-site and not in a spray booth, so there is always a chance of a few imperfections or dust in the finished result.
