Kitchen sink tap is leaking and continues to drip after being turned off. I need someone to check if the washer/seal can be replaced. If it can’t be repaired, the existing tap will need to be replaced with a new one. Please quote for the job.

Hi, my kitchen sink is completely blocked and not draining at all. Water backs up in both sides of the sink. We have already removed and thoroughly cleaned the U-shaped pipe (P-trap), but the problem persists, so the blockage is likely further down the pipe. Looking for someone experienced who can: Diagnose the blockage location and Fully clear the drain Would prefer someone with plumbing experience.
