Hey guys, X1 chandelier in dining area to be installed and then 2 outdoor fans. These are not replacing any exisiting lights in the areas. Looking for a carpenter to build in existing kitchen cupboards and bookcase

My kitchen sink tap split on the spot and leaks. I've got a new one and need it installed.

Repair previously filled exhaust fan in the ceiling. Job looks to have been a bit DIY. Ceiling is dry but as can be seen finishes not good. In a ensuite bathroom looks like it was a 300 mm exhaust fan but area around also looks a bit damaged. Looks like a previous attempt was performed in the roof as quite a bit of giprock and even some small bits of timber are attached to ceiling in this area but looks very bodge job. No water damage

Hi I’m looking at getting new kitchen cupboard fronts and drawers fronts for my kitchen in total it is 8 cupboard fronts and 4 draws it is a small kitchen I need these hung and new handles applied

The curtain rod fell out of the ceiling on the top by itself, so it would probably need the fix for the ceiling and then the curtain installation . It had 3 hooks, also would like the ceiling fixed , the one shown in the second picture . Thanks

Fly Screens 2 x standard sliding doors (approx. 1m wide fly screen) 2 x window fly screens (approx. 0.8m wide x 1.2m high) Please confirm separate price for flyscreens. Other jobs optional (if you can do please advise): - Bathroom fan: extremely loud ticking noise so can't turn on. I got a new bike from Target, I had to put it together myself but all the parts are loose and the wheels are flat. The breaks are on the wrong side of the handle bars, so is the bell. I would also like a light installed. - Due date: Before Saturday, 11 March 2023
