Looking for an experienced plasterer or Gyprock repair specialist to inspect and repair damaged ceiling areas in my rumpus room and carport. There has been rain-related damage, and some sections of the ceiling and cornices have developed cracks, gaps and separation. Scope of work: * Inspect the damaged areas and assess the repairs required. * Repair or replace damaged Gyprock/plasterboard sections where necessary. * Fix gaps and separation along ceiling edges, joints and cornices, including above the sliding door. * Re-secure any loose ceiling sections where required. * Complete plastering, jointing, sanding and finishing for a smooth appearance. * Check whether any underlying support or framing repairs are needed. * Use suitable moisture-resistant or exterior-rated materials where appropriate, particularly in the carport. * Provide a separate quote for painting if required. Photos of the affected areas are attached. Looking for someone experienced in ceiling repairs who can inspect the damage, recommend a suitable permanent solution and provide a reasonable quote. Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/carpenter to create a TV feature wall. I’ll attach the current photo and the design reference. Scope: * Wall-mount the 65” TV in the centre and provide any timber/structural backing needed for a safe mount. * Wall-mount the floating TV unit. * Cover one existing front window with decorative louvre/slat panels as per the design. * Cover the second front window with gyprock/plasterboard, finish/sand it and make it look like part of the existing wall. * The outside/back of these windows is screened by trees, so no external finishing is required. * Install warm LED lighting underneath the TV unit. * Provide any additional concealed wiring/cable management required so no TV, power or LED wires are visible. * Please suggest a better construction/design approach if you have one that achieves the same clean look with less work/cost. I have ordered three frame shelves from ikea. One besta frame 60x20x38 with its door. And two eket 35x35x35 no door. All three I have also ordered their suspension rails. Need an installer to install these on gyprock wall in room. I will provide the exact way these need to be positioned. Installer will need to bring tools and any other items required.
