Few months ago, We bought an old property in Goulburn NSW that need some renovation. We hired a handy man who completed lot of work & he is unable to continue due to some health issues. We need following remaining work completes as soon as possible: 1) Install new gyprock, cornice & skirting 2) make paint ready the recently installed new gyprock 3)Square set 4 openings 4) Remove an internal window & sq set.

Small gyprock wall repair needed after plumbing work. A plumber cut a section of the wall to access a leaking pipe. The plumbing has now been fixed and the gyprock panel has been reinstalled. The wall now needs patching, sanding and painting to match the existing wall. Small job. Photos attached.

Need door knob to be repaired. The door knob in the garage is loose.

I need someone to assemble an EasyShed Workshop Shed (6mx3.75m with a height of 2.48m). The shed includes the louvre window and skylight option. The shed will be installed on a concrete slab which is already in place. All that is required is assembly.
