Old colonial skirting installation

The plantation shutters are concertina on large windows facing the coast so have aged and fallen into disrepair. They were installed 10 years ago. The louvres are disconnecting from the frame in places and the track needs cleaning out or enlarging so they slide smoothly. Some of the hinges are showing a little rust.
