Find an experienced handyman in North Adelaide

I have a cupboard where there is a front loader washing machine and a clothes drier. I don’t want the drier to sit on top of the washing machine, I’d like a shelf installed.

Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Door is extremely difficult to close as it is off it's top hinge. I have attached a photo of the hinge for your reference.
