Handyman tasks- Clothes line installation and removal, pressure wash garage, tiled patio and outdoor cement wall, rubbish dump to remove old metal/tiles, fix/install door locks and fix sliding door, minor garden maintance and Hedge trimming. I have all installation items.

Refix and secure the detached roof sheet lats near the affected location to restore watertightness. - Investigate and, if necessary, reinstate appropriate flashing between the lower front roof and the main roof at the intersection where ingress occurred. - Replace missing rivets at the parapet flashing to ensure long-term weather resistance and structural continuity. remove sealant and wakaflex flashing. Inspect for further rectification to ensure roof drainage is of original condition. Can provide roof report if necessary for more information.

I have a Daikin brand ducted air conditioner. Aircon is still working okay but I haven't serviced and cleaned filter in 2 years. I am looking for someone to clean filter and do maintenance check on my ducted aircon.
