Find an experienced handyman in Ettalong Beach

3 ceiling fans (with LED lights and remote) to be installed: - 1 bedroom is replacing existing fan - 2 bedrooms are replacing ceiling lights with fans 2.4m ceilings

Need a handyman to come and put locks on two bathroom doors, used to have locks , was removed for some reason. I Will pay for supplies and also need to replace a few switch plate covers

8 x curtain tracks to be installed. 4 into ceiling & 4 into wall 3 roller blinds installed into window reveal

Want a handyman for a day rate (roughly 8-4), below are the tasks in order of priority and I'd hope we can get all done but it would be a case of working way through them. Looking for someone with experience of most of these but definitely the painting / oiling side. I'll provide all paint / fixings etc, but be good if you can bring tools and brushes (though I may be able to get these too if needed). - internal touch up paininting of cellings and walls - external touch up painting of window frames - external cleaning and oiling of 25 sqm deck (top up coat) - external oiling / staining of outdoor furniture - wood filler repair to chip in outdoor furniture - install curtain hold backs to gyprock wall - stop our bathroom door from swinging open (it didn't used to but then I applied WD40) - add more friction to a lift-up cupboard above the sink so that we don't have to hold it open (the one above the fridge works perfectly) - if possible, make the corner kitchen cupboard stay in position more (I keep rea-aligning and tightening the screws, but it only lasts a few days at a time now) - add an additional shelf to our mug / glass cabinet - secure our wardrobe cupboard rail (sometimes falls out of place if too many things hung on it)

We need to install an additional bollard, marked with the yellow X. Trouble is the Bunnings at Umina beach doesn't have stock. We have one but our warehouse is in Roseville 2069. Can anyone collect from us here and install at Ettalong Beach 2257? As we can supply the bollard we'd probably be looking at an hourly rate given the drive?

Dig a hole to install lattice in front of rainwater tank. Stakes to be put in ground to hold lattice in place. Three jasmine plants to be planted at the base of the lattice. Small border to be put around the jasmine plants and an echinacea plant that is already in the ground.

Large Dog door needs to be installed where the small dog door is in the wall. There is no timber frame behind the bottom of the wall where the dog door is going so its an easy install as you just need to cut the fibro for me. I broke my wrist and hurt my back in a fall so cant do it myself. Its a job I would normally of done myself. I have a jigsaw if you need it. Cheers Alana

We had a curtain rod put up last week and he put it into the gyprock so the brackets are coming out of the wall. We need this redone
