Re-fix floating shelf in office. - Floating shelf has come loose from wall. - Requires re-securing and checking brackets are secure. 2. Rehang/adjust sliding door in office - Sliding door has come off — the runner/track needs replacing. 3. Minor Kitchen cupboard adjustment/repair - One cupboard requires minor attention/repair. (Happy for handyman to assess best fix on arrival.) 4. Refresh external timber French doors - Timber French doors are weathered and faded, but not looking for a full restoration. - Light sand/prep where required and apply decking oil or suitable timber oil to improve appearance and presentation. 5. Sand and re-finish laundry timber benchtop - Timber benchtop finish has deteriorated. - Sand back and apply suitable finish/oil to restore appearance. 6. Reattach exterior panel - Exterior panel beside external stairs has come loose. Requires securing back into place. Photos attached for reference. Preparing my home for sale and need a few maintenance jobs done properly, before photos are taken. Looking for someone available this week. Happy to bundle everything together. 1. Front door (225×120 cm) – hardwood with glass panels, north-facing with heavy UV exposure. Varnish has faded and is patchy/flaking in places. Needs sanding back and re-coating with a UV-resistant product (2 coats). Previous finishes have lasted about 12 months, so keen for a recommendation for something more durable. 2. Side fence/gate (185×215 cm) – slatted timber screen blocking side passage to rear garden. Significant flaking and bare timber, particularly on right-hand panel. Needs sanding back (including slat edges) and re-staining/varnishing to match the door. North-facing, same UV issues. 3. Living room windows (x2) – gaps have formed where the aluminium frames meet the plaster reveals. Old filler has cracked and fallen away. On one window the gap is wide enough to see the masonry behind it. Both need resealing. Surrounding paint is fine so prefer a neat repair that avoids repainting. This is time-sensitive – the house needs to be photographed for sale by early next week, so I need someone who can start within the next few days. The window sealing and first coat on the door/fence could be done day one, with second coats the following day etc, flexible on that. Budget: $600–$900 including materials. Open to discussion.

Reaffix where skylight trim is pulling away from ceiling plasterboard and seal up the cracks neatly. Please let me know how you plan to fix this when you post your offer.

You need to source replacement boards. Remove existing boards and replace with new timber surround - screwing into existing frame (not nail gun) You will need scaffolding or equivalent Approx area is 17m x 5.5m Also fix window trims with new timber surround and if possible replace a small window. Be able to navigate around existing aircon and hot water system.

The door is broken on the middle because not wooden.

Need benchtop installed. Cut holes for sink and tap. Cut benchtop to size. Side panel put on and unit leveled. Few holes in rear of unit for taps etc
