I’m looking to get a small section of water-damaged/mouldy ceiling inside a cupboard cut out and replaced. The roof leak has already been fixed, so it’s just the damaged plasterboard that needs removing and replacing to get rid of the mould and smell. No painting required because it's inside a cupboard space. Approx. 1m x 1m. Photos from within roof void and looking up in cupboard attached.

I need a new front door handle installed, and the hinges replaced on our front door. I have the new handle and hinges onsite. Door hinges are the same style and size as the silver ones in the photo. The door requires holes to be filled/repaired around the hinges. The new front door handle also includes a deadbolt. A new hole will need to be cut for the deadbolt and a new mortise cut out for the deadbolt latch and striker. We had a company install some cavity doors for us and the workmanship wasn’t great and we need to get someone to repair it before painters come next week. If this is of interest to you please let me know 🙂 We are happy to increase the price once we know what needs to be done. Issues we want fixed: - One door doesn’t slide, it drags. - one door is not centred in the cavity? - Hardware needs to be repaired and installed straight and secure. It was routered poorly so want it done properly and doors repaired. Open to purchasing new doors to have hardware installed on those and get them hung instead of it can’t be corrected on existing doors.
