Hi, I need my balcony sliding fly screen door replaced as soon as possible in the bedroom. The current door has lost the magnets in the seals, so it won’t stay in place. I still have the original frame if needed, but it’s not in good condition. Looking for someone who can either: • Repair the existing frame and re-fit new fly screen and seals, or • Build and install a new sliding fly screen door to fit the current doorway. Install a Kwikset Powerbolt 250 10-Button Keypad Electronic Deadbolt Door Lock and remove existing one of the same. It’s just a swap of taking the existing one out and putting the new one in. One of our garage doors is not opening (remote is starting the motor, the door seems not to be connected properly to the lift it up). Both are straightforward tasks, shouldn’t take more than 1.5 hours MAX

Bottom of left door is rubbing against carpet- difficult to open/close for 45 degrees of door opening. Door needs to be adjusted so it opens and closes smoothly.

Interior door to garage is not closing easily - seems to have shifted so it catches on door frame. Needs hinges checking and possibly a bit sanded / planed off of door.

Door has sagged slightly so that top of door cannot close

The double glazed bifold doors in our living room seems like are not sealed properly, one of the pieces is accumulating moisture inside and growing mould, it will be great if someone could come and fix it. Please see photos for details. Thank you
