Garage door motor seems to malfunction. Need a fix asap

Garage door roller motor not working might need replacement or repair not sure. Replacement cost $399 from Bunnings plus willing to pay for labour to install/repair if replacement is not necessary. Happy to negotiate labour cost upon inspection.

Put up two small awnings prefabricated over doorways. Put some clear roof sheets over existing pool pump, walls all done 1x1mtr. Put up 4 tin sheets under small awnings, frame and beams in place already

You can come have a look first if you want. The sliding door does not slide properly , it probably just needs the wheels to be replaced.

One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over.
