Fix a B&D roller door. Automatic sensor and roller cable is working, but the roller teeth are disengaged after being had to manually open post a power outage. Should be simple fix. While here give the door a quick look over/service.

All our doors use the same builder hardware, so it's really one measure-up plus a count: - Measure one door for the specs I need to order: backset, door thickness, spindle size, rose/backplate size - Walk through and confirm the count and type — passage vs privacy/lock vs any keyed doors (roughly 12 sets total) - Give me a simple written list I can hand to the shop so I order the exact right parts I'll buy the hardware myself once I have your list. **Install will be a second booking with you** once the sets arrive — happy to agree that price on the day so you've got the full job locked in. Remove the existing dog door from the flyscreen door and replace the damaged mesh so the door is restored to its original condition. The frame is fine and only needs the dog door removed and the mesh replaced. Should be a straightforward job.
