Fix the ceiling issue for a single story house in Craigieburn

Have set up a barn door with hardware in the garage but I am unable to move it into place due to injury. Just need the door to be moved from the garage into place by the laundry, only 20m or so. May need 2 people as the door is quite heavy.

I’m looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my garage door. The door opens and closes smoothly by hand, so the rollers, tracks and door itself appear to move freely. When operated by the motor, the door opens normally until about 70%. Beyond that, it starts rubbing on the left side and the curtain begins to overlap/misalign on the drum. If it continues opening, the curtain bunches up instead of wrapping evenly. I initially thought it was an opener limit issue, but after testing, it appears the problem is more likely related to the door alignment, drum, tracks or cable adjustment. The opener is a HomeEntry HERDO1. Looking for someone who can: * Diagnose the cause. * Correct the door alignment/tracking. * Check the drum, cables and tracks. * Adjust the opener limits if required. * Ensure the door opens and closes all the way down to up, smoothly without overlapping and scraping

Handyman required to install internal door handles x2 in residential property. Door handle to be removed from room #1 and replaced with brand new door handle with lock (I'm providing this). Door handle removed from room#1 to be installed in room#2 which has no door handle currently (discarded broken door handle is exactly the same door handle type as room #1, identical strike plate still in place on door frame in room #2)

bottom four or five panels of the garage door are damaged from a car impact, and you’d need those panels replaced along with a new key for the door

The garage door gets stuck half way while closing, I think there is an issue with the hinge in the middle that guides it close.

Go to Bunnings purchase door handle set as per picture then install new door handle set to my bedroom door. Easy done !

Looking for someone to repair a sliding wardrobe/cabinet door that has come off the track. The top roller/runner mechanism appears broken and has pulled out of the door, causing some damage to the top corner (photos attached). I don’t have the piece and have been unable to find it online.
