Install a Sensory Sensations sensory swing, ensuring it is safely fixed into a suitable ceiling joist/structure for child use. 3. Fix a sliding door that is not operating properly (please inspect and adjust/repair if possible). 4. Inspect a garage door remote that has stopped working and troubleshoot the issue (remote, programming or motor, if it’s something a handyman can diagnose). Please bring your own tools. Experience mounting heavy items into timber studs or masonry is essential, as the installations must be secure and safe for children. Please include: * Your experience with similar installations. * Whether you can complete all four tasks. * Your availability. * Any additional materials you think may be required after inspection. Garage motor: Gliderol Genesis My garage door remotes are playing up. I've changed the remote batteries every 2-4 weeks. I have three remotes, but all are playing up, and I'm not sure if the motor's remote reception has an issue or what. I've also got the Meross garage opener, which is a small device connected to the garage motor, and I can open & close the door with the mobile app. It's working perfectly fine, but only the remotes are playing up. I've changed the remote's batteries, and within 2-3 weeks, it's started playing up again. I've also removed all the remotes and then connected them to the motor. Still the same issue.

Main door is tight and need maybe sanding and adjustment.

Rear of garage I have a window. I want to install a roller door which I have already purchased. The key part is cutting the brick work to suit the doors opening, and installing a lintel for support. I have the mounting brackets and tracks for the roller door already.

Hi, looking for experienced carpenter/handyperson to reverse the swing direction for two bedroom doors, so they swing into the room from the opposite side. So they change from right handed to left handed (and vice versa) to allow them to swing open against the adjoining wall instead of into the entry space of the room. One door is approx 76cm wide the other is approx 81.5cm wide. Involves measuring door to ensure swap is possible, relocating the hinges to the opposite side of the jamb, swapping the strike plate position, flipping and trimming doors as needed to ensure square alignment and balanced hang. Looking for old mortises to be filled with solid wood patches for a flush surface ready for painting (painting will be done later). Looking for someone experienced in this type of work, examples or pictures of similar previous work a bonus. Price is a starting point please quote what is needed for labour and materials (not sure if new hinges are required- current are older and have layers of paint). Indoor sliding door has gotten stuck and the wheel has fallen off. Additional parts likely NOT required. The wheel just needs to be refixed. It’s a double sliding door.

Hello People, A 2-phase powered roller door motor requires a realignment to where the switch meets the roller door, stopping the curtain from reaching the top. The plate at the bottom of the rollerdoor misses the switch (fixed to the vertical running track) by one centimetre. also, harnessing cables for overall neatness. See photos. I require 2 kitchen cupboard doors to be re-attached. The hinges are broken and those hinges aren’t made anymore. I also require a third kitchen cupboard re-attached I have the hinges for that one. I also need my curtain roof railing screwed back into my roof. I need someone to come have a look and the purchase hinges to suit the doors. I will cover the cost of materials and happy to pay hourly rate or a flat rate.

Handyman required to install internal door handles x2 in residential property. Door handle to be removed from room #1 and replaced with brand new door handle with lock (I'm providing this). Door handle removed from room#1 to be installed in room#2 which has no door handle currently (discarded broken door handle is exactly the same door handle type as room #1, identical strike plate still in place on door frame in room #2)

Change the door knob over It's not direct, the groove plate insert on the door is a different shape, it'll need to be beveled

The garage door gets stuck half way while closing, I think there is an issue with the hinge in the middle that guides it close.

Go to Bunnings purchase door handle set as per picture then install new door handle set to my bedroom door. Easy done !
