I need help weather sealing my front door, my sliding backyard door and my balcony door. In addition, i need help re-sealing my windows as the old seal is coming off

Front door sticking, needs sanding on base/plinth below.

Either a Sunday or Monday would suit. Door plinth (bit of wood below the door) obviously needs sanding.

My garage door is randomly not opening. It is a Merlin MJ3 800 motor. Please refer to photo. I have pulled the cord disengaged: engaged it and sometimes it works and other times it won’t. I have noticed that there is a link broken on the chain, could this be causing it photo attached?

Garage roller door does not open or close with motor or remote controls only the light turns on

Sliding door to bathroom is jammed and needs realignment to allow smooth open and close. Every time I do it it reverts in a few weeks. Keen to find someone with experience in this issue

Roller door jams. Motor seems to work okay. Door just needs a shove to get it to open or close, so needs repair.

Would like my current bedroom door handle carefully removed and replaced with the one with a lock on it (in the screenshot) without damaging the door. I will purchase the new door handle myself, if it is suitable. Please let me know if you're able to do this. Quick task, quick money.
