We need someone who can fix or replace one glass sliding door, two sliding screen doors, a bedroom door and our front door/screen door (all pictured). We are prepping the house for sale and happy to use second hand materials/doors for a cheap fix. It really just needs to be presentable for sale. My rough measurements put the sliding doors at 1055mm wide and 2035mm height. The bedroom and front doors are roughly the same at 820mm wide and 2035 mm height.

We have 5 internal doors that need new handles replaced. New handles have been purchased but new small pin holes (not enlarging the bigger hole) need to be drilled into the doors to secure them and then new handles fitted and screwed

My front door from long term use has started to droop down and needs realignment done so it closes smoothly. You can see in the photos that is is dropped lower. It will require someone with expertise in realigning the door, removal of door and check the drill holes to see if they have been worn and redo the holes and realign the barrels back in. That’s what I think that needs to be done, open to other opinions

Hi, looking for a handyman to help with two things: 1. Cavity sliding door repair: One of our sliding doors got stuck after being pulled too far open. I then pushed it back with force, and since then it's been stuck. It can still be pulled out manually, but won’t slide. Probably the bottom misaligned with the track and the door gets jammed. It may need to be removed, realigned and put back in place. 2. Loose stair handrail: The wooden handrail is slightly loose and needs to be tightened and secured. Photos attached. Thanks.

No help required to configure wifi and app I’ve already done that. I have sticky cable clips if required. Garage ceiling is 3.7m high and the door opener is in the middle of the garage so you must have an A frame ladder that will be high enough to reach both the garage door and the power point on the ceiling.
