Hi, I manually locked my garage door and now I'm not sure how to unlock it. I need someone with experience in garage doors (manual locks, openers, emergency releases, etc.) to come take a look and help me unlock it safely. Here are the details: The garage door is currently locked — not opening via remote or manually. I believe I used a manual/internal lock but not 100% sure how to unlock it now. The motor unit is present but I’m not relying on it for now — just want manual access. Brand/model of the opener can be provided if needed. No obvious damage to the door, springs, or cables. You may need to look inside (if accessible), check the emergency release, or inspect the manual locking mechanism. Please only respond if you have experience with garage door mechanisms (residential). Let me know your availability and ETA. Thanks!

Sliding door has come off the runner to place door back within its track

I need someone to fit too doors . One for the laundry room and another one to the bathroom door . I have everything. I tried fitting one door , it's perfect on top but not for the bottom side. This door used to open to inside and now im trying to put it outside the frame to open outside ao i can get more space inside the laundry room

An internal door has come off its hinge, and needs to be re-affixed. A heavy light fitting (in a high ceiling) also appears to be coming loose and needs to be tightened

A bathroom door is sagging and is scraping on the floor when opening. The doorknob lock also seems misaligned slightly with the bolt hole on the door frame. Need someone handy to fix the door so that it can be opened/closed without scraping and the doorknob to be aligns with the frame. You can saw off parts of the door if required.

Inspect in person to see work required to be done

We have to re-install some shelves we took down in our rental, they sit above a washing machine but we need the door removed first so we can fit the shelves back in, then the door re-attached. The photos show how it looked before we took it out.
