New door hardware already purchased Old door knob holes require minor modifications to insert the new door hardware (fitting in new door strikes, fitting in new latches, etc.) Carpentry tool, e.g. Chisel and/or drill may be required.

Doorknob on one side isn’t catching the latch internally and just turns endlessly - therefore meaning the door locks from one side as you can’t engage the latch to open it.
