We will purchase the replacement front door and will reuse the existing Eufy smart lock. Please collect the new door from the supplier (or advise if delivery to site is preferred) and install it at our terrace house in Redfern. The existing door frame/jamb is damaged around the lock area and may require repair or replacement to ensure the new door fits correctly, seals properly and locks securely. Please include in your quote: * Removal and disposal of the existing door. * Collection and installation of the new door. * Removal and reinstallation of the existing Eufy smart lock. * Repair or replacement of the door jamb/frame if required. * Installation of new strike plates and any associated hardware required for the existing smart lock. * Supply and installation of a door hold-open device (door stay, magnetic door stop or similar) to securely hold the front door open and prevent it from slamming shut in the wind and breaking the glass again. * Trimming, packing and adjustment of the door to ensure smooth operation and secure locking. * Preparation and painting of the new door and any repaired or replaced frame to match the existing house. * Transfer of the existing letterbox and any other reusable door hardware where practical. Install Bedroom Door in Existing Arched Opening Looking for an experienced carpenter or joiner to supply advice and install a door to create a private bedroom within an existing arched opening in our terrace house in Redfern. Purchase and install a door seal strip on our front door (see photos) to keep dirt/insects/cold air out. The door is 1100 wide and opens inwards. When the door is closed, there is an immediate step down so there is no area for the strip to seal onto on the outside (see photos). This may mean that the strip has to be installed internally. We are getting our house painted on Monday so would need someone to come before then.

Install two sets of door knobs, and five cupboard door knobs and change one hinge. (Some of the existing holes on the cupboard doors seem large and may need some work ensure the screw isn't too loose) I have all the hardware. It's a heritage house and I need someone familiar with this type of work.
