Hi there! Our bathroom door handle is broke and needs replacement. I have already purchased a replacement handle from Bunnings (see photos attached). Working from home on Friday so free anytime! Also free on Saturday.

Planning to partition a hall into room. Have to build stud walls and install door on one side. Will Supply the Material, whatever is required. Looking for labour only charges.

For the other door, ask for a: single cylinder deadlock or single cylinder deadbolt That’s the normal keyed deadlock type for a standard door. If you want something more secure for an entry door, Lockwood’s deadlatch style also has passage/safety/secure modes, but for a basic separate deadlock, “single cylinder deadbolt/deadlock” is the plain term.  Best simple wording to use with a locksmith or Bunnings would be: “Three bedroom doors with keypad lever locks that have passage mode, and one standard single cylinder deadlock.” If you want the easiest setup: • bedrooms: keypad lever lock with passage mode • main extra door: standard deadlock/deadbolt Good quality brands in Australia are Lockwood, Schlage, and Yale. Current Australian retail listings show Lockwood, Yale and Gainsborough widely stocked, and Lockwood/Schlage product pages specifically mention passage mode on relevant models.

Hi, I need a medium dog door installed in my sliding security door. The dog door is 29cm in width and 34cm in height. Will involve cutting what I believe to be metal using a template and using screws to secure the door in place. Screws may need to be grinded down to fit. The door may not be metal so other tools may be required, which would probably make the job easier. The instructions are specific to a wooden door, so you can’t rely on them completely.

Replacing three door knobs. Some of the holes need to be made slightly larger. We have purchased the door knobs already just need a handy person to install them. Must be able to drill or chisel hole slightly larger we only have basic tools. Location Wembley Downs. Would like to get this done before next Tuesday. Thank you

The internal door locking mechanism snapped off and I have purchased the replacement part. Just not savvy enough to install the part and needing some assistance from someone who knows their way around a clothes dryer

Replace door that has been damaged. Need a solid core door 820mm x 2330mm. Transfer existing door handle to new door. Then paint door in gloss finish. Door is just flush. No indents or bevels. $300 is for labour only. Materials are extra. You wont be out of pocket for door or paint.
