I am looking for options and costs of installing a dog door. The door is the old wooden style, but it could do with some refurbishment (see photos) - I don't know if that's possible, also happy without. there is a fly screen door but that can be propped open as I imagine it's easier to do the one door rather than both. It's for a mini sausage dog who will end up being around 7kg, so fairly small size. I am happy to reimburse for the door or purchase one and do some research on sizes. Thank you

The job should take under 15 minutes for someone with the right tools and experience. I don't own a drill myself and want to make sure this is done correctly and aligned properly by someone who knows what they're doing. What needs to be done: Secure the Patio Link pet door panel into the sliding door track. Drill 3mm pilot holes into the aluminum frame/insert. Mount and align the latch bar and female latch onto the insert so the sliding door closes and locks smoothly. What is provided: Patio Link pet door insert. All original screws and mounting hardware provided by the manufacturer. If you have more screws that’d be handy. What you need to bring: Cordless drill and a 3mm drill bit suitable for aluminum. Screwdriver / basic hand tools.
