I have a section of water damaged cornice that needs repairing / replacing

Installation of 1015 lineal metres 55mm cove cornice. All materials supplied provided Supply own tools.

I’m looking for someone to supply and install cornice/coving in my kitchen above new cabinetry.

Seeking an experienced plasterer/tradesperson to install approx 11m of cornice. The room is approx 3.4 x 2.3 in width and length and ceiling approx 3m high. The cornice profile is in the photos and is about 90mm x 90mm. We have the cornice ready to go (in 3x 4.8m lengths) but require someone to cut and install it onto the ceiling. No painting needed. Photos are attached with the room, dimensions and cornice profile.

Some cracks and gaps need to be filled with caulking. Only 3-4 bigger gaps (see photos). And there are a bit of gap to fill near the fireplace too. The others are just finer lines. I would like to have them all filled. Thank you.

Repairs needed to cornice in a shower, light in shower needs reattaching, paint in shower needs stripping and repainting.

I am renovating an old apartment and need help removing cornices, remove excess plaster, and replastering any holes. This will need to be done in two bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom, corridor, lounge area and kitchen.

Unfortunately a person I recently hired damaged the existing cornice. It seems this person does not have the skills to fix this. He tried, but as you can see in the photos the result is not what you would expect. Anyhow I need this fixed. Please only QUALIFIED SOLID PLASTERERS. Not handypersons, or painters. I need the burgundy wood removed from the top of the facia and probably need a corn pudding but at the moment I want to remove the wood to see what's behind. It can work off the balcony.

I have a 3 x 3.5m room that need cornices removed and square set. The room also has holes on the walls, a gap under the window, and vents to cover up. I’m not sure of cost so please advise.
