The work requires access under the house, so the person must be comfortable working in a confined subfloor space. We are seeking someone who takes care and produces neat, tidy work. I have a garage door that leads to the pool area, this door is close to a drain and when it rain a lot, water goes in the garage, so I want to do a layer of bricks to not allow water to pass. Also I need two tiles to be fixed, they are loose, just need to be paved or stuck correctly. As you can see, we did a concoction to avoid water going in. But we want it fixed a bit better.

We have put new carpet into our unit and 5 of the internal doors don’t close properly now. The doors need to be removed and planned down on the bottom and then reinstalled.

I have the paint (but no brushes). - Retouch 2x window frames, in kitchen and bathroom (they were recently reopened) - minor spot touch ups on other windows where chipped (say 20 minutes only with a brush) - only one colour required And if possible: - paint the small face of the bottom of the top sash that’s visible through the glass when its open, for 6x windows - a fiddly job, but just enough to make it look nice. Collect 4 x double window frames from Eureka (1 broken the rest in tact) along with a sliding door and deliver to Ross Creek. 5 mins from DTC

Source, supply, fit double towel rack for bathroom. 2 towel racks have failed secured into wall of bathroom in 3 years. I think what it is going to need is a piece of wood - ideally painted white to be secured to wall first, then towel rack fitted to that. I want it strong. Toddlers in the house.

We need 5 x fly screens supplied and installed. All sliding windows. Static fly screens. All ground floor. Nothing fancy. (The roses will be trimmed right back so you'll have good access).
