Two light fixtures broken, have spare parts but can't remove the broken fixtures.

Chandelier and 2 led light fittings to be installed in lounge area. There are 3 pre-existing locations I would like them to be which already have light fittings and electrical connections there, so I'd like to swap them out to the new ones I have. Job is to install a new chandelier on the ceiling rose in entry hallway.
