I need qualified electrician to fit a 4 blade ceiling fan with light. It’s a new install that needs to replace an existing downlight in a ground floor bedroom.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to replace my existing bathroom exhaust with a new unit. The new unit is a slightly different size, so the ceiling cut-out may need a minor adjustment (trim and finish neatly). I also need a quick check of an existing DC ceiling fan that is already wired. It has only been used twice and isn’t working properly now. Likely a controller and remote pairing issue. Friday between 9-11 or Saturday am.

replace existing lights in two bedrooms with ceiling fan/light combos. Plus in another room, replace two old 60mm downlights with two new 90mm downlights. pictures show an old downlight and example of new ones. We chose these fans because they are the remote control model and am told less complicated to install, as you can use the old light switch etc.

I am selling my home and I need some minor electrical work done before the furniture stylist places furniture on Friday 19th September 1) Family room remove Futura ceiling fan from ceiling and replace with a blank faceplate. 2) Bedroom 1 - remove Futura ceiling fan and replace with a pendant light fitting (supplied by me) 3) Check two exterior oyster lights that are located under a ground floor eave as they blow fuses when turned on. Consider just disconnecting them at the switch if there is no easy fix. For this project the timing is crucial as we have a real estate phtographer booked.
