I need a licensed electrician* to instal 2 Fanco Gaia DC ceiling fans with dimmable lighting. I would need these installed such that they do not disturb the ceiling or make noise while working. I believe there is electrical cabling brought up to the ceiling cavity (an electrician working on other matters 2y ago was instructed to do so). Please provide an Airtasker price without bringing cables and in comments let me know how much would it be additionally if the additional cabling work is needed. Looking to install 4-5 DC ceiling fans in our second floor apartment (of a three storey building, so no roof access). Build is about 2010. Fans will need to be fixed to joist or noggin, needing a support bracket/similar. The ceiling is not a concrete slab; it's plaster. There are downlights in every room, so lights and fan via remote control is fine. There are also fire sprinklers in every room, so contractor will need to comply with those regulations.
