Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in Melbourne

I have just moved into an apartment in Prahran and the 3 ceiling fans in the bathrooms and Laundry are not working.

I have a very high ceiling fan, 4-5m up in my apartment within a second level void and can't be reached without a ladder. Need someone to access this with a tall ladder to clean the fan, and remove a balloon string that's wrapped around the fan. Quick task for someone with an appropriate ladder.

Fans will need to be fixed to joist or noggin, needing a support bracket/similar. The ceiling is not a concrete slab; it's plaster. There are downlights in every room, so lights and fan via remote control is fine. There are also fire sprinklers in every room, so contractor will need to comply with those regulations.
