The lever/handle of my bathroom door handle has come off (see photo). The spindle and rear of the handle are still inside the door, but the handle no longer connects to it so I can’t turn the latch and the door won’t open. There are no hinges or screws visible on the door either and I can not open the door. I am in an apartment so there’s no window I can access the bathroom internally from either. I don’t think the handle needs to be replaced but I’m not sure.

Should be a simple job for someone with the tools. I need someone to bore a hole under concrete between two garden beds. I’m running an irrigation system (and possibly a separate conduit for lights) so need a hole bored to be able to run the piping.

The air vent in my bathroom is falling apart. I believe a piece has fallen off causing the vent to hang. Someone will need to come with a new piece to re-attach the vent.
