Need to open up the space in the wall for a 1850 wide fireplace. So need to cut away the bricks to fit the fireplace and add a lintel. Need a builders license. Opening Dimensions for Wall Cavity: Current space is about 1000mm wide and 700mm high Needs to be: 2000 mm (width) 850mm (Height)

I will supply the clothes line, gravel and speed set concrete bags. Looking for someone to dig the hole and install it according to manufacturers specifications. Must have installed one before.
