The pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking and needs attention. This is a unit on the ground floor in Bedford Park.The leak on the pipe is visible and accessible through the drawer underneath. It is a white PVC pipe most likely the drainage outwards. Photos are blurry as they are from a routine inspection conducted by the property agent and as it is a rental property, I do not have access to the property to get better photos and have limited knowledge of the extent of the damage. Budget estimates does not reflect actual budget as I do not know what needs fixing at this point.
