Looking for a handyman who can repair two holes in plasterboard ceilings. (Holes from old light fittings when new fans were put in. One might be a littlle tricky as might need to remove the fan casing (in picture) Futher. I am looking for a repair to cracks in cornicing, also in pictures. Just to make it look better.

The pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking and needs attention. This is a unit on the ground floor in Bedford Park.The leak on the pipe is visible and accessible through the drawer underneath. It is a white PVC pipe most likely the drainage outwards. Photos are blurry as they are from a routine inspection conducted by the property agent and as it is a rental property, I do not have access to the property to get better photos and have limited knowledge of the extent of the damage. Budget estimates does not reflect actual budget as I do not know what needs fixing at this point.

We've removed a fixture from the ceiling but two pieces of metal are protruding. We can cut these off but need access through the plasterboard as ceiling access is limited. The job is to repair and patch the plasterboard afterwards. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 10 January 2024

Remove other renovation rubbish about 2 tea chests full in the carport. Need to be focussed worker, multi skilled, solution oriented and efficient. Whingers, talkers and complainers need not apply. Steep driveway. If you get this far them you could be the one for this job. About 4 hours work altogether at 75 per hour.
