I need a set of 'barn door' sliding doors fixed so they slide on the bottom guide correctly and stay closed when closed and align together. This possibly requires some corrective routing along the bottom of the doors (as its a little wonky) to make them run straight and runner guides re-installed on the floor (as they are floating at the moment and will not stay closed). So I am looking for someone with strong carpentry skills as there are a number of smaller carpentry related (and other 'fix-it' jobs that are required. Will provide any materials. Need someone who is located locally as there are potentially further jobs.

I need the door to my crawl space repaired and reattached with a latch and slightly higher than it was before. I have sanded it down but it needs a little more work done to it which I could have done had I not injured my hand. I have the hardware and tools (if needed) for the task.

I have a garage door that leads to the pool area, this door is close to a drain and when it rain a lot, water goes in the garage, so I want to do a layer of bricks to not allow water to pass. Also I need two tiles to be fixed, they are loose, just need to be paved or stuck correctly. As you can see, we did a concoction to avoid water going in. But we want it fixed a bit better.
