Supply and installation of 5.5m of villaboard soffit to eaves inc install of new supporting fascia board along side of house. Broken asbestos panels have been removed by registered contractor. This scope is to replace the removed panels with villaboard to prevent vermin access to the roofspace. Additionally, scope includes minor repair to support sagging eaves soffit section at front of house. See photos: soffit panels have slipped out of the fascia board. Get them back into position and secure without cutting/drilling them. Deleted from this scope - gutters and downpipes. I am just chasing a few quotes to get my kitchen cabinet doors resprayed white. I am happy to take off all the doors and hinges and drop off/ pick up from your warehouse. There are 14 doors, and 5 drawers to paint. I have painted the skirtings/door frames/ window sills etc with Berger semi gloss enamel in white so happy with this or something similar.
