The shopping needs to be done reliably, following the training. The items should not be damaged in transit. Communication must be reliable, to get my shopping list, and to inform me if you cannot do the shopping. The shopping and delivery task takes about two hours. The pay is the _per-day_ pay, i.e. paid every other day, assuming this is done every other day. If you are very good or never miss a day, this pays more.
