Hi there! I’m looking for a handyman to help with two small repair jobs at my property: 1️⃣ Metal gate: The ground bolt (drop bolt) has come off and needs to be reattached or welded back to the gate. Also hoping to make the gate more secure so it can’t be opened easily from outside — open to a simple, low-cost solution (like adding a padlock latch or better locking setup). 2️⃣ Timber fence: Around 7 fence palings have come off or become loose and need to be nailed or screwed back to the horizontal rails.
