Find a professional gate installation in Kenmore

Wanting the new and old swobs to be programmed to the automatic driveway gate system. And to be shown to to do it. Manufacturer saying the system can only allow for so many swobs to be programmed over the life of the system. Find this hard to believe. Currently only 1 swob working.

My outdoor glass pool gate has become unstable due to the wooden decking underneath it rotting. This has caused the gate to start collapsing/leaning. I’m looking for someone who can: • Inspect the current damage • Remove and replace the rotted decking under the gate (if required) • Reinstall or re-mount the glass pool gate securely, preferably fixed into the cement/concrete instead of the timber

Remove broken pool gate latch and install new one (I have purchased new one as per photo).

The gate is to heavy and won’t close, I need someone to purchase and install new gate hinges to lift the gate and close properly.

To fix the fence , slab came off and fix the hinge of the gate

Install a side fence/gate across from house bricks to the boundary fence. Fence made from colorbond or wood, whichever is more cost effective. Unsure of the cost of this, so just looking for a ballpark quote at this point.

leak from roof in heavy rain, think due to excessive water and current fitting open at join of downpipe spreader. Needs sealing join pipe and also extra downpipe and spreader middle of roof to make less water at single point.

Fix sagging gate on deck and side of house

I have a Timber side that no longer closes (photos attached). I need a reliable handyman to fix this.

Looking for handyman to repair my side gate, lower hinge needs replacing, the palings need to be checked and if any loose refastened, the missing paling we have it just has to be put back in place and refastened. Also upper latch could use maintenance (works but is stiff).

I need someone to reinforce this pool gate so it is dog proof. The dogs keep pushing it open somehow and escaping. The original workmanship was poor (eg they only bothered to put one screw in when there holes for four). I think it will be possible to retrofit some sort of solution to stop the latch getting pushed open so easily.

Need to swap the pool gate locks so that we can open the gate in the other direction

Drive way has 5.6m opening, needs a 5.9m moterised pvc slidding gate. For slidding gate, needs a 6m concrete slab for installing track, needs a small slab for motor, needs a post to connect with power, power is in correct place. Right hand side is 3m long brick wall(existing,no need to do anything) 5.2m needs 1.8m high full privacy PVC fence, 1m gate in the middle.

Pool gate needs some TLC. Welding, fixing so it works again - Due date: Flexible
